The Catchup cards in the Microsoft Teams mobile app gives you a stack of your unread messages to swipe through one by one — mark as read, keep unread, and watch the countdown tick down as you clear through them.

It’s a small update, but I’ve been using it a lot and it’s been making a big difference in keeping up-to-date when things get busy.
