I paste my travel itinerary into M365 Copilot in Outlook, and it creates the calendar blocks for me.

That’s it. That’s the tip.
I know there’s plenty of ways to integrate flight emails into Outlook (which I usually avoid due to poor experiences with them in the past) and I used to add flight blocks manually every single trip.
Now I drop in the itinerary, ask Copilot to create blockers for the flights, and it’s done in seconds.
I still do a a quick right-click in Outlook to color-code them and add travel buffers around them – maybe that’s an opportunity for a future agent – but at least my calendar is updated quickly and easily.
Simple use case. Real time saved.
Have you found a good way to manage travel in your calendar? Would love to know what’s working. 👇
