As we gear up for the new year, our team has been diving into OKR planning—a process that’s exciting but can be daunting when staring at a blank page. This week, I discovered how Microsoft Copilot can make goal-setting easier!

By asking Copilot to “Give me 5 OKRs for my upcoming quarter based on my recent work and communications,” I got a great starting point. While it wasn’t perfect (and of course, it’s not supposed to replace real management and planning!!), it offered useful suggestions that sparked ideas and helped me build better goals faster.
