Use Copilot to create meeting blocks in Outlook

Quick Copilot tip that saved me heaps of time this week ⏱️

I had a long list of sessions and meetings for the upcoming Gartner Digital Workplace Summit, all spread across decks, emails, and notes.

Instead of manually adding everything to my calendar, I dropped the list into M365 Copilot Chat and asked it to block them out as 30-min meetings.

A couple of confirmations later, and all 10 were created in my calendar by Copilot.

Simple, but super effective – especially when you need a quick visual of a packed schedule, without needing to manually schedule everything.
