Videos Make Copilot Smarter 🧠

One small action → much smarter Copilot answers.

I recently saw Microsoft 365 Copilot give a surprisingly nuanced answer about our solution pricing – even though I hadn’t built a custom agent or knowledge base or really any structured data efforts at all!

The reason? A semi-formal internal enablement session recording (slides + discussion) was stored in SharePoint and accessible to Copilot. Originally I was going to load the recording into our corporate LMS, but by dropping the recording into SharePoint, meant that Copilot got smarter.

It understood the transcript, the slides, and the context, and was able to turn that understanding into a high-quality answers.

Big takeaway: your everyday enablement content can become high-value AI fuel easily, if it’s captured and accessible to Copilot.

It’s completely changed how I think about knowledge sharing and internal training going forward.
