Something a bit different this week: Instead of diving into a specific Copilot feature or use-case, I wanted to give a lightning-fast overview to Agentic AI, since I still get a lot of questions about Agents – what they are, why they’re important, and what to consider.

While GenAI tools like Copilot help you summarize and create, Agentic AI (like Copilot Agents) takes it further, letting you AUTOMATE those tasks with reasoning and action.
