As 2024 comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on my achievements, feedback, and areas for improvement, and turned to Microsoft Copilot for help with this:

Copilot’s word for my year was ‘Resilient’—and I couldn’t agree more! It also helped me pull feedback I’d forgotten about and identify challenges to incorporate into next year’s goal setting.
