How I Used Microsoft Copilot to Analyze Survey Feedback in Excel!

This week, I revisited a survey we ran a while back on our outreach email templates and discovered just how powerful Microsoft Copilot in Excel can be for analyzing feedback!

Here’s how I used it:
📊 Exported detailed survey responses from Microsoft Forms to Excel.
🤖 Asked Copilot to summarize feedback from the free-text comments.
🎯 Discovered key insights: feedback was positive overall, but some emails were flagged as too long.
💡 Took it further by asking Copilot to suggest specific improvements based on the feedback!
